A: We specialize in the outdoor living and gardening sector, including garden furniture, gardening tools, and outdoor lifestyle accessories. Additionally, through our own nursery, we provide high-end landscape trees and plants.

Q2: Which markets do you primarily serve?

A: Our primary focus is the European market. We have long-standing partnerships with major retailers and garden centers such as Lidl, ALDI, OBI, and TOOM. We also export our nursery products to Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

Q3: How do you ensure product quality and compliance for the EU market?

A: Quality is our top priority. We implement strict QC protocols based on AQL standards, conducting everything from raw material inspections to final pre-shipment checks. We are fully versed in EU regulations, ensuring products meet CE, BSCI, and other sustainability requirements.

Q4: Can you provide product development and design support?

A: Yes. We act as an extension of your team. Our specialists provide one-stop services, including product sourcing, sample making, and customized packaging design to align with your brand's specific needs.

Q5: What is the scale and capacity of your nursery?

A: Our Zhangpu Muqing Nursery covers 1,000 acres (approx. 400 hectares), featuring 700 acres of cultivation land and 300 acres for containerized/transplanted stock. This scale allows us to maintain a stable supply and handle large-volume orders.

Q6: What tree species and specifications do you offer?

A: We offer over 30 varieties of premium landscape trees, including Delonix Regia, Jacaranda, and various Trumpet Trees (Handroanthus). Specifications range from 8cm to 40cm in DBH (Diameter at Breast Height).

Q7: Do you have experience in exporting live plants?

A: Absolutely. We are well-acquainted with international quarantine standards and specialized packaging required for live plants to ensure high survival rates upon arrival at destination ports.

Q8: What is your typical lead time and shipping port?

A: Most of our shipments originate from Xiamen Port, one of China's major logistics hubs. Lead times vary depending on the product type and order volume, but our agile team ensures efficient coordination for on-time delivery.

Q9: How do you handle after-sales claims or quality issues?

A: We believe in long-term partnerships. We have a dedicated support system for claim handling and replacement coordination. If any issue arises, our team responds promptly to find a solution that protects our clients' interests.
