Daily maintenance

The maintenance of the High-Impact Purple Flowering Tree involves initial planting and low maintenance in the later stage. The early growth period is crucial for maintenance. Appropriate application of organic matter to improve the soil quality is necessary to increase the survival rate. In arid climates, a drip irrigation system should be adopted for regular watering (2-3 times) to promote deep root growth. After the first 2-3 years of the young tree stage, it has strong tolerance to high temperatures and can adapt well to sandy and slightly saline-alkali soils, making it highly suitable for water-saving landscaping projects. For the later period, only routine pruning is needed, which involves promptly removing dead branches or appropriately shaping the tree.

The tree crown should be tightly wrapped and tightened with soft fabric or shading nets to prevent the branches from cracking due to wind resistance during transportation. The diameter of the soil ball is usually 6-8 times the trunk diameter of the tree and is tightly wrapped with grass ropes, non-woven fabric or wire mesh to prevent cracking. The loading and unloading process should follow the principle of "the tree crown facing the rear of the vehicle and the soil ball facing the front of the vehicle" to ensure the survival rate. When unpacking, damaged branches and broken branches during transportation should be promptly cut off, and healing agents should be applied to prevent bacterial infection, ensuring the healthy planting of the tree.
